Content Editing Policy

(Effective January 2025)

All content must remain unchanged, except for minor corrections that do not alter the original meaning or intent, e.g. Spelling errors, Grammatical mistakes or Punctuation adjustments.

Should there be further adding, editing, revising or modifying to text, images, format and multimedia, additional resources will be required.

Enforcement

By enforcing a content editing policy, customer or client should play attention to:

Clear Documentation

Customer or client should provide a detailed document outlining what constitutes significant edits or changes. Specify examples of acceptable and unacceptable changes.

Communication

Customer or client should inform all relevant parties (e.g. team members, contributors) about the policy to ensure everyone understand the guidelines and its protection.

Review Process

All content upon checked before production or publication should not be revised. Customer or client’s Designate representative should be responsible for reviewing content to endues compliance.

Access Control

Limited editing permissions to any project should refer to the signed agreement or quotation. Version control should be followed to track changes and prevent unauthorized edits.

Feedback Mechanism

Customer or client should assign a single designate individual for feedback or communication to keep an effective and efficient reporting and addressing matters.

Consequences

Agreed that this project agreement shall be deemed breached and no further service will be performed, Customer or client should immediately fulfill the payment terms according to signed Agreement or Quotation.
